1 (8 0z)pkg cream cheese-room temp
1/2 stick of butter- room temp
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 small pkgs of vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cup milk
12 oz container of cool whip
pkg of Nilla Wafers (ground up in the cuisinart)

Mix-cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar till smooth-set aside.
Mix vanilla pudding and milk with mixer till it becomes thick,add cool whip and mix well. Add the cream cheese mixture and blend well. Using a child's beach pail start with a layer of nilla wafers, then pudding repeating layers till all is gone, with the nilla wafers on top. It will look like sand. You can decorate with candy shells, or gummy fish.
