Sauce:
1/4 cups butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream

7 oz. package spagetti, cooked
2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
1 can mushrooms, sliced (3 oz)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: melt butter then stir in the flour, heat until bubbly. Add salt, pepper, chicken broth and whipping cream. Bring to a boil to thicken.
Stir in cooked spagetti, cubed chicken or turkey, mushrooms. Pour into pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350.
