3 peaches
8 strawberries
3/4 cup Cointreau
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 bottle Pinot Grigio or other light white wine

Simple Syrup: 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar boiled until reduced by half

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fruit in chunks and place in pitcher. Pour Cointreau over fruit. Add simple syrup and let sit for 20 mins or so to develop flavors. Add wine. Serve over ice.
