1 1/2 pounds thin string beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Salt
Pepper
1/3 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
3 oz prosciutto cut into 1 inch ribbons
1/3 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Toast pecans in pie plate 8 minutes until fragrant. Cool and chop coarsely

Steam string beans until crisp tender. Shock in ice bath to retain color.

In large bowl whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss with beans, ham and parsley . Garnish with pecans.
