Dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salad:
3 cups shredded napa cabbage (Chinese)
3 cups salad greens
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for dressing in small bowl and whisk together.

Combine ingredients for salad in large bowl.

Drizzle dressing over salad, top with seared tuna and garnish with toasted sesame seeds
