1 lb. bag fresh spinach
3/4 c. drained bean sprouts
1 c. water chestnuts (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 boiled eggs
1/2 lb. fried and crushed bacon


Salad dressing
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and put in a large salad bowel. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and onion.

Heat all ingredients of salad dressing until sugar melts. Do not boil. Let mixture cool. When ready to serve salad, pour cooled dressing over spinach mixture. Toss salad and garnish with eggs and bacon.
