1 pkg smoked sausage, sliced ~ 1/4" thick
1 large onion, large chop, or sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 large potatoes, peeled and diced, ~ 1/2"
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown sliced sausage on both sides, add onion, peppers and potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Taste even better as a left over.
