4 chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon margarine
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breast to ½” thickness - salt and pepper then dredge in flour.

Cook chicken in skillet with margarine over medium heat for approx 8-10 mins or until done. Remove from skillet-keep warm.

Combine chicken broth and cornstarch in bowl-mix till dissolved. Stir in marmalade. Pour into skillet stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add vinegar. Reduce heat and add chicken back to pan to warm through and coat with sauce.
