1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch red pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 egg whites, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
2 lbs jumbo lump crabmeat (be sure to pick thru)
4 cups bread crumbs or panko
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 oz. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, pepper, Worcestershire, Old Bay, eggs and parsley with mayonnaise. Fold into crabmeat. Add bread crumbs, baking powder and mix until well blended. Form patties and sauté or grill in skillet over med heat in butter until golden brown on both sides.
