3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups shredded lettuce
3 cups shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast
1 1/2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup chopped scallions
2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted cashews
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained

Combine spices thru salt-whisk well. Assemble salad and drizzle dressing over- toss gently.
