1 small can chopped green chillies (I aways add some chopped jalepenos, too!)
16 oz. monteray jack cheese, grated
4 beaten eggs

Spray baking dish. Layer chillies, cheese, then eggs. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 mins. Cut in little squares.
