3 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
3 t. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups ripe mashed bananas
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Generously grease 15x10x1 inch jelly-roll pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir sour cream into mashed bananas in small bowl.
Beat together butter, sugar, and eggs in large bowl on high, 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Stir flour mixture alternately with banana mixture into butter mixture until smooth. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
