1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c.onion, finely chopped
1/4 sleeve finely crushed saltine crackers
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, pepper, onion, and saltine crackers, mix well. Form into 1 in. to 1 1/2 in. balls. Brown in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned on the outside. In a casserole dish, combine soup, mushrooms, and milk; mix well. Add meatballs to the mixture and bake uncovered in a 350º oven for approximately 30 minutes.
