1 box graham crackers
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 - 9 ounce tub coolwhip

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 TBLS butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP Karo Syrup
2 TBSP Milk

Butter the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and line with a single layer of graham crackers. Mix together the milk and the pudding and gently fold in the Cool Whip. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers then continue to layer ending with the graham crackers.

For the Frosting:
Blend all the ingredients together and spread over the top.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours
