2 (1 lb.) chicken breasts
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper
½ pkg. stir-fry flavor mix
1 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic
½ c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1 pkg. Uncle Ben’s white rice
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop chicken in to bite-sized pieces. Bring water to boil in saucepan. Drop in packet of rice. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
Cook chicken in hot skillet with oil and 3 small pieces of garlic. Cook until tender (10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Cook all the vegetables in skillet with a little oil until tender. Add chicken and rice to vegetables in pan. Mix all ingredients together. Add stir-fry flavoring and soy sauce, along with salt and pepper to taste.
