3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
Cooking spray

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first group of ingredients in shallow dish. Pound each chicken breast between plastic wrap until 1/4" thick. Dredge chicken pieces in flour and dip into egg mixture.

Heat 1 1/2 teaspoon oil in large nonstick pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 4 breasts at a time for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Repeat with remaining oil and 4 breast pieces.

Melt butter in pan; add wine and 3 tablespoons juice. Bring to boil, cook for 10 seconds. Serve immediately over chicken.
