2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
1 Tbsp.. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coriander
2 c. raw uncooked old fashion oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. hazelnuts (chopped)
3/4 c. dried apricots
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. dried apples
1/2 c. dried cranberries
3/4 c. chocolate chips (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coriander. To that add oatmeal, coconut, hazelnuts, apricots, raisins, apples, cranberries and chocolate chips (if desired). Mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 365º for about 10-11 minutes until slightly browned on top.
