6 tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 cup scalded milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 cup luke warm water
2 eggs
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add margarine to scalded milk, stir until margarine is melted, then pour mixture into a bowl. Add sugar and salt and cool to lukewarm. Add the yeast and mix. Then add the eggs and 3 cups of flour and beat well. Add remaining flour and knead. Divide into four portions and spread in baking tins. Spread oil on top of pizzas and let rise 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Spread your favorite sauce and toppings and bake your pizza at 400º for 25-30 minutes. This makes a thick crust pizza.

If you don't want to make 4 pizzas at once, you can freeze the dough before rising and use when you want it. For a thin crust pizza, omit the rise.
