3-4 c. mixed greens
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
3 green onions, sliced
6-10 strawberries, sliced
2 unpeeled Kiwi Fruit, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2/3 c. roasted salted pecans

Dressing: 1/3 c. olive oil, 1/2 t. fresh ground pepper, 1 clove minced garlic.

Optional: Grilled, marinated chicken
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1 T. Fresh tyme leaves
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t. salt
1 t. crushed fennel
dash pepper

Mix dressing thoroughly. Toss all ingredients together and serve.

If making with chicken, flatten chicken breasts, cut into strips. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over chicken and marinate for no less than two hours and grill. Top salad with grilled chicken.
