1 or 2 heads Romaine lettuce
10 Cherry tomatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4-6 slices of cooked bacon
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2/3 c. toasted almond slivers
garlic butter croutons

3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. cilantro powder
dash salt and pepper

Mix dressing ingredients together. Remove garlic cloves before serving. Toss salad ingredients together. Top with dressing before serving.
