1 box of angel hair pasta
1 lb of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 large can of chicken (all white meat)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1/4 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to box. While pasta is cooking, mix remaining ingredients (except for the can of chicken) and heat until cheese is melted. Drain pasta and mix with melted cheese mixture. Add chicken. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º.

This recipe comes from my friend, Mary Hainey. Mary is an excellent cook and always like to try something new. This recipe is very easy and pretty quick to prepare. Kids love it! If it's too spicy, just use petite diced tomatoes without the chilies.
