½ cup margarine
½ cup shortening
½ cup white sugar
1 Tbsp instant coffee
1 Tbsp hot water
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (3 Tbsp cocoa + 1 Tbsp butter = 1 square)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate. Add margarine, shortening, and sugar. Dissolve coffee with hot water. Beat all ingredients together. Chill dough for 1 hour. Shape into log. Wrap in wax paper and freeze. Cut into ¼" thick slices and bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. Melt 1 ½ cups chocolate chips and 3 Tbsp shortening. Dip ½ of cookie in chocolate.
