Mar-a-Lago Turkey Burger Recipe

1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
3 peeled and diced Granny Smith apples
1/8 cup oil
4 lbs ground turkey breast
2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp chipotle tobasco
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup Major Grey Chutney, pureed
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Pear Chutney:

1 peeled and diced anjou pear
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup Major Greys Chutney
1/4 cup dried currents/raisins

Burger: Saute scallions, celery and apples in oil until tender. Let cool. Place ground turkey in large bowl and add sautéed items and remaining ingredients. Shape into 8 burgers. Place in fridge for 2 hours. BBQ on grill. Pear Chutney: Preheat oven to 350º. Toss diced pears with cinnamon and salt. Bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Cool and mix with chutney and raisins. Serve on top of turkey burgers.
