1 package broccoli slaw
2 packages Ramen Noodles (oriental flavor)
1 - 8oz package sunflower kernels
1 cup sliced toasted almonds
small green onion, sliced (optional)
Dressing: 2 seasoning packets from Ramen Noodles, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 T of red wine vinegar

Open the noodle packs and set dressing packets aside. Place the noodles in a ziploc bag and gently break them apart - do not cook them. In a bowl, add the broccoli slaw, noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds and green onions. In a separate bowl mix the dressing. Mix the two seasoning packets together with other dressing ingredients. Whisk. Toss the dry ingredients with the dressing and chill until ready to serve.
