Bottom crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups mini marshmallows

2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz package or 2 c. peanut butter chips
2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. rice crispies

Combine bottom crust ingredients until it forms a crumb mixture. Press in bottom of 13x9 pan and bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown. Put 3 c. mini marshmallows on crust and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows puff. Cool all this while you prepare the topping. The topping will spread easier if the marshmallows are cool. Prepare the topping as follows. Heat the corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips until smooth. Add peanuts and rice crispies. Spread over the marshmallows crumb mixture and chill. Cut into squares and enjoy.
