Ingredients:  
3c cooked rice
2 cans cream corn
1 stick butter
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c green pepper
small block of Jalapeño cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn and rice in bowl. Saute butter, onion and green pepper. Melt Jalapeño cheese. Fold cheese, onion and pepper into corn and rice mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in oblong pan.
