French bread
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 - 2 Garlic cloves, minced
Feta cheese, cut into small cubed
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, cut up into bite size pieces
10+ mushrooms, chopped
1 - 2 plum tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic and olive oil together. Let stand to infuse garlic flavor into oil. Slice French bread on a slight angle. Lay bread slices on cookie sheet. Brush each slice with garlic oil. Mix feta, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and tomato together. Spoon filling onto each slice of French bread. Broil till cheese is slightly soft, approximately 10 minutes. Keep close eye to prevent burning.
