Spinach
1 small onion.
4 tbsp Oleo
1 tbsp flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain off water and save.
cut up onion. Put 4 tbsp Oleo in frying pan and melt. Add onion to frying pan and saute' until soft. Add 1 tbsp flour and brown. Add drained spinach and stir. Then add drained spinach juice (liquor) saved from spinach. Stir until spinach has made its own gravy. If needed add more water.
