1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
2 tbs.. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tbs. milk
4 1/2 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
3 c. milk
2 3 1/2 oz. boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
4 1/2 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions:

Combine butter, flour and 2T. sugar. Flour fingers and pat mixture into 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350' oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Beat together until smooth cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 2 T. milk.
Fold in 4 1/2 oz. of whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. In a medium bowl, combine instant pudding mix with 3 c. milk. Beat slowly for 2 minutes. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until set. Spread remaining 4 1/2 oz. whipped topping on top. Refrigerate until serving time.
