1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. chopped chives
10 slices (about 1/2 lb.) ham or salami medium to thinly sliced
10 slices of American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth and then add horseradish and chives.

Spread each slice of ham or salami with about 1 tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture.

Top with American cheese and spread another layer of the cream cheese mixture over that.

Roll up the meat with cheese and refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours. About a 1/2 hour before serving, slice each roll into slices (you decide how big).

Usually, the ends don't look that pretty so I eat them in the name of aesthetics.
