1 1/2 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/3 c. low fat sour cream
bunch of chopped scallions to taste - whites and greens
sourdough bread slices
Cheddar cheese slices
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. This will be a little messy. Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook patties about 5 minutes a side. Wipe out skillet to cook sandwiches. Heat a little butter. Assemble bread-cheese-burger-cheese-bread and cook like a grilled cheese. Using a weighted sandwich press helps.
