1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. Milk
½ c. sugar (split 1/4 c.)
2 pints strawberries, halved
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 pkgs (4-servings) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 ½ c. cold milk *
3 ½ c. Cool Whip, thawed

*Or use 1 pkg (6-serv size) instant pudding and 3 c. cold milk.

Combine crubs, ¼ c. sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill.

Beat softened cream cheese with ¼ c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. Milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer.

Using 3 or 3 ½ c. cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight.

Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Chill.
