6 c. mashed peaches, 5 eggs, 1/4 t. salt, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. sugar, 1 t. vanilla, 1 c. whipping cream, 1 c. half and half, 1 c. milk.

Combine peaches and the 1 c sugar, stir will and set aside. Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add the 2 c. sugar, beating until thick. Add salt, vanilla and 1/2 c. milk: beat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in whipped cream, half and half and peaches. Pour mixture into freezer can of manual or electric freezer. Add enough milk to fill can 2/3 full. Freeze according to mfg. instructions. Let ripen at least 1 hour.
