1 chicken cooked and deboned (save broth)
or chicken breasts
onions/celery, sauteed
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
dash of poultry seasoning.
1-2 sticks of butter
broth as needed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1# frozen green peas.

Directions:

1 chicken cooked and deboned (save broth) or chix breasts
Saute onions/celery then add to the
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix w/ a dashof poultry seasoning.
Then add 1-2 sticks of butter, broth as needed.
With the chopped chicken mix 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1# frozen green peas.
Line the bottom of a casserole pan w/the stuffing mix, top w/the chicken then top w/the stuffing mix.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes

Serve w/a salad, rolls and cranberry sauce and it’s the holidays anytime!! Delicious and great left-over.
