1 lb sausage
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain and cut into pieces. Lightly grease 9x13" glass pan. Place bread cubes in bottom of pan, then sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt until frothy and pour over ingredients in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325º with foil over pan. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
