2 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 egg
2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Allow to sit in fridge for an hour or so. Pour by ladle onto hot skillet. Flip when air bubbles start bursting on top. Brown on the other side.
