Ingredients:  
1 box Graham crackers (use about two sleeves)
2 sticks butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in sauce pan and add sugar. Bring mixture to boil; boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add the pecans and coat thoroughly.
Lay out graham crackers on a big cookie sheet that has lip around edge. Spoon mixture evenly over crackers. Bake in 325º oven for about 10 minutes. Remove to platter or plates to cool completely.

Note: This was my Mom's recipe.
