1- loaf of Frozen Bread (raised) or home made dough
1-Large Onion (sliced)
2-Large Potatoes (sliced)
Salt to taste
1-tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and raise the loaf of bread. In a large skillet, heat oil, add onions and saute for a few minutes. Add the sliced potatoes, 1 tsp salt and water to cover. Flour your hands, take a piece of dough,roll into your hand about a 2 inch long noodle, place on top of the potatoes and onions and simmer until the noodles are done. This dish can be served with creamed spinach or pickles and the juice.
