4 oz fresh jalapenos
1/2 lb fresh tomatillos
4 large tomatoes

1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp salt
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp BBQ seasoning
1/8 C lime juice
1 bunch cilantro (chopped with no stems)

Add at very end:
1 qt red diced onions
2 qt diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Bring jalepeno's to a boil & then add 1/2 lb tomatillo's and 4 large tomato's. Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove skin from tomato's. Chop jalepeno's into desired sized pieces- Place boiled tomatoes, tomatillo's and jalepeno's in food processor. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT diced red onions & 2 qts tomatoes. Process in food processor until desired consistency.
Add the diced red onions & diced tomatoes & mix together with a wire whisk.

Serve this salsa fresh... can be kept for a week to ten days in refrigerator.
