4 c. juice from 8 cups chokecherries
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 package Sure-Jell

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to chokecherries and cook until choke cherries lose their color. This should make your 4 cups of juice. Put juice and Sure-Jell in pan. Cook as directed by Sure-Jell package.

Choke cherries grow on the side of the roads near our house. When the chokecherries are ready, you can find our truck parked on the county roads, harvesting these berries. They also make a great wine!
