1 lb. smoked ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground
2 c. dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water



Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, milk and eggs. Form into balls. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham balls. Bake in 325º oven for 45 minutes. Baste with sauce, turn the ham balls over, baste again, then bake for an additional 45 minutes.
