2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. water
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing mix (pork)
1/2 c. barbecue sauce, plus more for topping
chopped green or red pepper, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a cooking sheet with foil and coat lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 4 loaves. Place loaves on prepared cooking sheet. Top with additional barbecue sauce.
Bake 30-35 min. or until cooked through.
