2 pounds hamburger
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
6 dashes Tobasco sauce
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. chili powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (saltines)
salt and pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce
1 package (envelope) Lipton onion soup
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery powder
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Meatballs
Brown and bake in oven at 350º on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Put in crock pot.
BBQ Sauce
Mix and pour over meat balls in crock pot on low heat.
