Oil of your choice (Olive, Vegetable, etc)
4-5 potatoes
1 Onion
2-3 cloves Garlic

Herbs to your taste:
Lemon Pepper
Rosemary
Parsley
Basil
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Clean potatoes and slice thinly (with or without skins). Pour oil into large no stick skillet and heat to sizzling. Add potatoes. Cover and cook over medium-high heat until potatoes start to get soft. Remove lid and fry potatoes until crisp, turning when brown on one side.
