3 c. finely chopped onion
5-6 hot banana or salsa peppers, finely chopped
2-3 green peppers, chopped
15 large tomatoes, juiced
5 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Burgundy or Red cooking wine
18 oz. tomato paste (more or less to taste)
5 tsp. basil
5 bay leaves
3 tsp. salt
4 cubes beef bouillon
4 tsp. oregano
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and cook 3 to 6 hours or to desired consistency. May thicken with liquefied cornstarch before canning, if desired. Place in sterilized canning jars. Process in hot water bath for 13 minutes.
