1 cup grapefruit - segments
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 tsp. grapefruit rind (grated)
2 Tbsp. green onion (chopped)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. Kalamata olives (chopped)
4 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
3 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve over 4 (6 oz.) pieces of barbecued halibut.
