Cake ingred.
1 package Pillsbury White Cake Mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup oil
3 egg whites
1 cup coarsely crushed creme-filled cookies
Frosting ingred.
3 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour cake pan.
In large bowl combine all cake ingreients except cookies at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
Gently stir in 1 cup cookies.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla, and 2 eggs whites, blend well.
Beat in remaining powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and creamy.
Frost cooled cake.
