3 Cups Flour
1 Egg Yolk (reserve white for top of cookie)
1/2 Lb. Margarine
1 Pt. Sour Cream

Filling:
1/2 Cup finely chopped nuts
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Raisins (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients - put in refrigerator overnight -wrapped in Saran Wrap.

Cut into four pieces - flour board and roll into circle.
Cut circle into 8 triangles - fill top of each triangle with 1 tsp full of nut mixture.

Roll up - starting at wide edge. Brush with egg white.

Bake at 350o for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
