2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1-1/2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 9 x 13 pan with spray. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well and set aside. In another large bowl., beat together the remaining ingredients. Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture; beat well then pour batter into the baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Let cool and cut into squares. Serve as is or a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon just before serving.
