1/2 c. sugar
4 t. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. orange juice
1 T. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaen
2 ( 3 oz ) pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in pan: blend in juices. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear. Remove from heat and slowly stir in eggs; return to low heat and cook 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Cool 5 minutes; beat in cream cheese.

Makes a great topping for fresh fruit salad. Can also be frozen.
